About Mind and Womb

Mind and Womb is an online holistic health platform for all women trying to conceive.

The journey of trying to conceive should be something beautiful, but instead many women are experiencing feelings of stress, anxiety and distrust in their own bodies. No matter if you just stated your journey or have been trying for a long time, Mind and Womb offers a variety of classes for each phase. Everything from restorative classes for during your period, fertility flows during your follicular phase, manifestations before a IVF cycle, trauma release if a miscarriage happens or meditations for when you finally receive that positive test, and a lot more.

The Mind and Womb teachers are carefully selected based on their unique perspective to holistic health and women wellness, including fertility.

Mind and Womb’s vision is to be there for all women trying to conceive. To make her feel a sense of trust and a deep connection to her own body. We want her to be able to look back at this time in her life with joy and excitement.

About the founder

Mind and Womb was started by me, Matilda, as a tool I wish I had myself during my fertility journey. I’ve suffered from endometriosis my whole adult life and have gone trough four surgeries, and countless of different treatments. I knew conceiving would not be an easy journey, but I don’t think I ever could have imagined the mental toll it would take on me.

I started to deep-dive into what I could do myself to help my fertility. What I firstly came across was mostly lists of things one should not do or eat, and with that my world just got smaller and smaller. Even as a yoga teacher I felt that my own practice got more limiting. That’s when I decided I needed to shift the narrative to what I can do to nourish myself instead of what I shouldn’t do. I started a Fertility Yoga Teacher training and took a course in hormonal nutrition.

I learned a lot and realised that I wished more women could access this information without having to spend all that time and money on courses, and the idea of Mind and Womb was born.

While starting this company I found out that I, after two miscarriages and with the help of IVF was pregnant again – the first Mind and Womb baby is coming summer 2024. First of what I hope will be many.
