What is pilates? 

Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on building strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness.  During these classes we are working with your own body weight so the classes are safe any time during your cycel but recommended during the follicular and ovulatory when you have more energy. 

Benefits of pilates 

Pilates is an excellent way to build a strong body in a nurturing way. The classes focus on building a strong core and increasing the blood flow in your body and your pelvis. We also know that pilates releases endorphins, the happy hormone – something we all might need more of during challenging times.
