What is yoga for fertility?
There are many different styles and teachings of yoga, and you can find a few different ones on this platform. They all have one main focus in common: your (female) health, and with that your fertility. Through the different styles of yoga, we have created classes that will support you in each part of your cycle. Our knowledgeable teachers will guide you trough everything from restorative yoga during your menstrual period, to vinyasa flows during your follicular period, and everything in between.
Benefits of yoga for fertility
Each and every class brings its own set of benefits, but all classes aim to help you build a strong body and mind. They will relief stress, increase the blood flow in your body and with that, hopefully balance your hormones.
Most importantly, your body needs different things during each of the phases of your cycle. We offer something for each phase.
First trimester flow
