She encountered yoga during a difficult period in her life and immediately felt the amazing effects of yoga not only on the body, but also on the mind and emotions, on the whole being. That’s when, more than ten years ago, she started practicing Hormone Yoga. This yoga practice gave her immense benefits and she felt the need to share it with other women. Recently, she has been leading various yoga classes from Vinyasa yoga to Yin yoga or Restorative yoga and of course Hormone yoga classes, courses, and workshops. She also works with clients one-on-one, live in her studio or online.
Her background is in healthcare and social work. These disciplines have always interested her, and her fascination with the magic of the human body at all levels gives her the foundation for yoga therapy. This is also why she likes to be involved in the process of empowering women to reactivate their powers on a cellular, energetic and mental level. After a period of study, practice and professionalisation in yoga, she discovered other therapeutic yoga approaches, styles and methods and began her journey as a yoga therapist in training at The Yoga Therapy Institute.
Lucie’s life’s mission is about empowering women to feel good in their bodies and to be able to take their health into their own hands.
